Need a 32×32 icon for Java options

    Description

      The ContainerRegistration for Java options, defined in options.java/src/org/netbeans/modules/options/java/resources/package-info.java, is currently using a 20×20 iconBase, whereas other options icons are 32×32. This makes the icon look smaller than the others in NetBeans > Preferences…. See the attached screenshot.
