View > Show Inline Hints, but only for missing content

Context: View > Show Inline Hints

Current behavior:

Shows even even if there is content (variable, ...) entered. As seems that makes even hard to read if that breaks "formatting/indent".

Suggested behavior:

Shows only when there is missing content so really as hint what to place.
