Disconnected Node Acknowledgement

When a node that is serving the UI for a client get's disconnected from the cluster the user must acknowledge that they are disconnected prior to be able to submit flow changes. Once they acknowledge the change, this acknowledge must be sent in all mutable requests to the API.
