QueryNiFiReportingTask gives error querying Connection Status Predictions table when analytics are disabled

The CONNECTION_STATUS_PREDICTIONS table is queried in QueryNiFiReportingTask without Analytics being enabled, a NullPointerException is thrown. Analytics being disabled should not cause an exception; rather the table should just appear empty to queries.
