Alignment/spacing issues

I noticed that there are a few alignment/spacing issues. First, in the create extension dialog the extension name and bundle text is not properly aligned:

Next, in the Edit PG dialog the "Apply Recursively" checkbox, the help icon for that field, and also the fields in the dialog all seem to have a regression with the layout and spacing:
