Send back more informative failure reason in case of flow update failure

In case of validation error or other unexpected failure during flow update in minifi, the current description in the Acknowledge message is not informative enough in C2 protocol .

Please extend the failure reason with exact failure reasons or short stack trace / exception message if needed.
