CalculateRecordStats does not properly handle records with arrays or maps

The CalculateRecordStats processor is configured with a RecordPath to point to the category that should be counted. However, if the RecordPath has an array, such as `/vulnerabilities[*]/severity` the result is incorrect because it considers only the first element instead of all elements in the array.
