Provide default value for CDCMySQL processor property which claims it

The ChangeDataCaptureMySQL documentation states that the "Server ID" property uses a default value of 65535 if not set. Rather than rely on the silent default embedded in code, this processor property should receive a default value of 65535 to make this evident to users.
