Deleting/Removing web references with VB project does not remove the deleted reference in pom file

Steps to replicate:
1. Create a VB project.
2. Generate POM (Generate Solution's POM Information)
3. Add a web reference to the created project.
4. Delete the web reference added (Right click on the project > Properties > References > click on the web reference then click on Remove button)

Actual Result:
From [3], the reference added in the project has been added also as dependency in pom.
From [4], the deleted web reference was deleted in the project solution explore in VS but not in pom.
