improve consistency of naming of "add-in" across documentation and app

a minor issue, but I saw several different ways to refer to the add-in when referred to in text descriptions (addin, Add-in, Add in, etc).

I believe it should be add-in or Add-In (when capitalized). In code it would be addin or AddIn.
