Minor Description
The Miredot REST API documentation (see NUTCH-1800) failed to build for Nutch 1.17 because of "License key expired on 30 Oct 2019". Should be fixed by updating the license. The 1.17 REST docs should be created and linked on the javadoc page. Note that the REST API hasn't changed recently and the 1.16 docs can also be used for 1.17.
