[MongoMK] Reduce number of calls made to Mongo DB when an Oak based application is restarted

Current restarting an Oak based application like Adobe CQ makes quite high number of calls to Mongo DB (~23000). We should try to minimize number of such calls by analyzing the usage of caches , types of queries etc
