Provide experimental config flag to enable/disable storing the content in the index

    Description

      To get a better idea of the impact of storing the content in the index (see OAK-1702 and OAK-1723), I'll introduce a flag to the index definition that controls this behavior.

      It will be experimental, which means it can go away in the test release.
