Missing lucene-memory dependency in OSGi env breaks excerpt

Since lucene-highlighter depends on lucene-memory but the latter was not added as an explicit dependency in OAK-3580, excerpt support based on Lucene index breaks when Oak is executed in OSGi environments.
To fix it lucene-memory dependency should be explicitly added to the pom.
