Session mbean does not provide initStacktrace anymore

    Description

      I just checked the session statistics MBeans of a 1.3.16 instance and found, that the property "InitStackTrace" is no longer populated.

      This is different in the 1.0.x branch, where I can find the unformatted stacktrace where this session has been created.
