Migration tool should check if the source and destination repositories are different

    Description

      In case that user passes the same repository as a source and destination, the oak-upgrade should fail with appropriate warning. Consider the cp command behaviour:

      [~]$ cp tmp tmp
cp: tmp and tmp are identical (not copied).
