Checkpoints are not sorted correctly in RepositorySidegrade

There's a bug in the RepositorySidegrade#getCheckpointNames() method, resulting in the wrong order of returned checkpoint names. For some cases it may result in sub-optimal checkpoint migration performance (although they are migrated correctly) in the copyCheckpoints.
