Evaluate exporting of index corruption metrics with Sling Metrics / DropWizard

In order to integrate with more metrics tools , we can evaluate exposing some indexing related metrics as Sling Metrics / DropWizard metrics.

This taks is just for the sake of evaluation and possible integration points.
