NodeIterator.getSize() can return Long.MAX_VALUE for the MongoMK

    Description

      When using the MongoMK, the method NodeIterator.getSize() returns Long.MAX_VALUE if there are many child nodes (more than MongoMK.MANY_CHILDREN_THRESHOLD).
