MicroKernel.diff() returns incomplete JSON when moves are involved (H2)

Given the base revision

{"a":{"b":{}}

and the head revision

{"a":{"c":{},"d":{}}

MicroKernel.diff will miss one of the added nodes c or d.

This only affects the H2 based MicroKernel
