Management MBean not starting with hibernate

The management MBean does not start when ODE 1.3.4 is configured for hibernate. The problem is that the hibernate dependencies are not installed by default. A note should be added to http://ode.apache.org/smx4-osgi-deployment.html.

It should instruct the user to execute the following command if they intend to use the hibernate DAO.
