    Description

      As a part of updating ODF Toolkit to support OpenDocument-v1.2 final version, Validator component also need the following update:
      (1) Update the schema 1.2 download link in pom.xml.
      (2) Update the schema file name configuration in src/main/resources/schema/odf1_2.properties.
