Convert Birt Flexible Reports documentation to Asciidoc

We now use Asciidoc instead of Markdown, this issue to convert files to the new format. These new files will be used to generate html files used in the wiki at https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OFBIZ/Birt+Flexible+Reports
