Add Romanian Tax Form - when creating a new Accounting company

When creating a new Accounting company in OFBIz via Accounting / Organization GL Settings -> New accounting company, the field "Tax Form for Organization" contains only US values ( system initialized without demo data). 

We should find out what are the values for Romania and prepare data for them.
