Removes useless redundant data

As mentionned in OFBIZ-5980:

I note pre-existing redundancies (not of your work) like
<PartyRole partyId="USPS" roleTypeId="CARRIER"
And there are other such cases. Now that the data are in commonext, the applications not separable and the plugins dependent of data in commonext, we can easily remove the redundancies.
