Have question of type 'Selected Option' to allow selection of multiple options in surveys

Currently 'Select Option' only allows to select one option. This should also allow the selection of multiple options.

Though there is the possibility to group multiple questions together by means of the SurveyMultiResp functionality, that might not always prove to be right the solution for survey creators.

A simple 'multi-option' select question saves real estate.
