Remove redundant entries of handlers from controller.xml

Currently, we have many controller.xml which includes the handlers which is already defined in common-controller.xml handlers.

For example: We can see the controller.xml of catalog. Here included common-controller.xml already have handlers for groovy and service-multi but same handlers used in controller.xml itself.
