Create Deployment Scripts Using Python Fabric for Streaming Components

Streaming OODT components are composed of cloud-based technologies. We need to create a reliable set of deployment scripts that can quickly start up on a cluster.

A suggested technology is python fabric, as it runs on top of ssh.
