openejb2 build cleanup

Tasks include:

• remove m1 build
• put everything in canonical m2 layout
• extract everything useful from m2 (an early attempt for a m2 openejb build, last worked on sept 2005)
• figure out where itests should go, 'cause it sure ain't where it is now.
