Users with dual lastname are not able to start meeting

When i start a new meeting in SugarCRM with a user like "Open Meeting" it works normal. But when i try to create a new meeting with a user "Open test Meeting" i get see the following error:

When i change the name to a single lastname like "Open testMeetings" the user can normal start a meeting.
