Upload file and auto load into meeting

Hello,
 
I have configured open meeting in my moodle (PHP LMS). When I click the link I go to the open meeting room where proper meeting are occurring.
 
Now before enter into Enter Class(i.e. start open meeting link), we need to upload file/multiple files (i.e. image, PDF etc) that need to be auto load in that meeting white boards like we manually do from open meeting.
 
Please let us know if this is possible your end or guide us so that we can proceed.
