Group rooms should be customizable

Group rooms should be customizable (custom per group CSS file)
(multiple CSS files will be applied in case room belongs to more than one group)

"externalGroup" property of multiple objects users/groups should be converted to "Group of type external"
SOAP/REST API should be aware of it
