Recording file is not found

After I finished recording and I go to my records it shows a file with an exclamation and I click on the script exclamation it opens a new windows that is supposed to show me some log to resolve it. but there is nothing just a message saying Recording file is not found.

And also the recording test in webcam configuration is not working.
