Presentation conference room sometimes in screen recording just captures the video not the screen

If you enter a presentation style conference room on one occasion it just recorded the video of the presenter. Not the screen. Similar to an interview room.

The effect is that it won't produce a MP4 from this recording either.

I need to capture the log trace for this one.
