Time is incorrect in invitations

When sending an invitation, date is correctly displayed, however, time is not. Although time zone is correct, but default time is server time not local time, which creates confusion and invitations expires before its time. see attached where local time is +3 the one in the default invitation (it should display 12/29/20, 6:07 PM)
