CLI trainers and cross eval should print an error if training data is insufficient

Currently the InsufficientTrainingDataException stack trace is printed to the console. We should catch this exception and provide the user with some help to deal with this problem.

We get often questions about this on the ml and a helpful error could probably answer it without having people (the few who bother) ask for help.
