create a UML Architectural overview on OpenOffice

We need a Document that shows to us the current architecture on OpenOffice. We need maybe also to gather definitions and know how on how to describe software architecture and put them in the UML to identify technical debts we have.

I think there are a lot of hints already on the wiki, but they depend on external knowhow.
