performance issue with owb-arquillian-standalone

    Description

      the performance of owb-arquillian-standalone is not as fast as it should be. This is mainly caused by poor URL handling. We should create an UrlSet which handles those URLs without doing a DNS lookup (as the default hashCode() of URL does).
