Performance.py script not working in binary distribution

In the binary distribution (for example phoenix-4.2.2-bin) the performance.py script throws a `java.io.FileNotFoundException: data.csv`.
This is because the variable `testjar` in `phoenix_utils.py`, in the case of the binary distribution, contains the phoenix-flume test jar instead of the phoenix-core test jar.
