Connectionless CQSs don't work with non-ZK registries

    Description

      Connectionless CQS only works with ZK.
      it is not implemented correctly for the other registries.

      This causes a lot of test failues wirh HBase 3, but also breaks some runtime cases where
      queries are compiled on the server side.
