Major Description
The plc4j-osgi module is used by most of plc4j drivers and transports when it comes to deployment under OSGi. Currently the framework version is driven by dependencies pushed through spam dependency bot which is not what we wish. The plc4j-osgi uses fairly basic parts of OSGi framework thus it should be set to be compatible with earlier OSGi releases and not only latest ones.
