Auto-add a UnitOfWorkFactory that is not declared explicitly

In the current 3.x development, there is a withDefaultUnitOfWorkFactory() method in ModuleAssembly, but that seems unnecessary. I think we can remove that and auto-add UoWFactory if none has been declared, just like we will do with IdentityGenerator.
