cmake fails under python3 when -DSYSINSTALL_BINDINGS=ON

The following syntax error is raised:

– Found Doxygen: /usr/bin/doxygen (found version "1.8.10")

SyntaxError: invalid syntax

In python3 print is a function and requires parenthesis.
