Qpid Windows .NET Binding does not work in release mode

    Description

      .NET applications built in Release or RelWithDebInfo mode fail immediately with a access violation when calling org.apache.qpid.messaging dll functions. The problem is that the Release mode dll is build with links to the MSVC debug runtime libraries.
