unresolved external symbol(Duration)

The static variables in duration.h can not be resolved, even in the hello world program (C++). Linking against qpidmessaging.lib, qpidtypes.lib, qpidcommon.lib, qpidbroker.lib and qpidclient.lib don't solve the problem
