    Description

      As per QPID-4724, but issue not fixed in RHEL5, require PERL_LIBRARY and PERL_INCLUDE_PATH to be specified manually:

      cmake .. -DPERL_LIBRARY=/usr/lib64/perl5/5.8.8/x86_64-linux-thread-multi/CORE/libperl.so -DPERL_INCLUDE_PATH=/usr/lib64/perl5/5.8.8/x86_64-linux-thread-multi/CORE
