WinSDK script fails - Proton components have moved

Script cpp\bld-windsk.ps1 fails to delete Proton components in Proton 0.9 since components have moved.
Proton is an optional component and the script error could be fixed by making the references to Proton conditional - if the component exists then delete it else mush on.
