PolicyBasedResultsValidator doesn't check for derivedKeys for symmetric binding

    Description

      If one has a symmetric binding with derivedKeys the one can receive a message with a asymmetric binding and the PolicyBasedResultsValidator won't complain.
      It doesn't check the symmetric binding for derivedKeys.
