Move the asyncRpcApi.sendForward(..) call to the client side.

    • This is an incompatible change since old client/server will not work with the new server/client.

    Description

      A potential performance improvement is to move the asyncRpcApi.sendForward(..) call from the primary server to the client side. We will test if it can really help.
