Set up the specs

We need to implement the general environment around unit tests.

For speed, we could use my JSDom set up which will run the tests...basically instantly. I also have a PhantomJS set up if we opt for that instead.

This issue will be closed when:

• Grunt runs our unit tests
• We have at least one unit test that runs
• We have a spec runner
